RETURNS & SHIPPING
We hope you love your purchase! But if for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering store credit or a refund to the payment method used.
We offer a full refund to the method used for payment OR store credit for all returns within 30 days of item delivery. All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and in the original condition they were received. Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date, and credit will be issued once received at our warehouse. Credit will be applied for the price of the item and will not include any shipping and handling charges.
While we strive to provide the absolute best quality and service, should an item arrive to you in damaged condition, or you feel your order is incomplete, please start a return within 3 days of date of delivery to let us know. Please include a picture of the imperfection or damage and your order number. We will then be in touch with the process to correct the problem.

Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by 1930 Remnant
Purchases made directly from www.stsranchwear.com are not eligible for return through 1930 Remnant, and purchases made at 1930 Remnant are not eligible for return to STS Ranchwear, as each is their own entity.
Lost Packages: We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. 1930 Remnant is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please note the requested size in the return portal. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue credit.

Hawaiian shipping will be calculated at checkout.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Should you need to use a PO Box, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note – We work very hard to process, pack and ship orders within 48 hours, (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions may affect mail delivery.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
We will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct.
